Today's Secret Ingredient is... Horseradish!!

Last night I made dinner for Lynz and I.. Tonight I'm making dinner for Jessie and I.. Both dishes feature Horseradish as the main ingredient..

Last night:
Grass Fed Rib Eye
Corn
Grilled Potato

Last night's sauce was:
Big ass piece of Horseradish (about 1&1/2 inch of root)
Lots of garlic (an entire bulb)
6oz Greek Yogurt - Plain
A pour of Cider Vinegar

Cut the potatoes in half and spread the sauce on and closed the potato up before putting it in some foil. Cook on grill for LONG time, they were mostly done. Added some salt to them after they were cooked.

Pour the rest of the mixture on the steak and grill. Remember to save some to reapply when you flip the steak.

Tonight:
Tilapia
Rice
Mushroom and Garlic Spinach

Tonight's Sauce:
Big ass piece of Horseradish (about 1&1/2 inch of root)
Lots of garlic (an entire bulb)
Piece of Ginger
The juice of 6 lemons
1/4 of an Onion
A pour of Cider Vinegar
Salt

Let the Tilapia soak in the mixture for awhile, then wrap it in Banana Leaves with some of the sauce. Grill the Tilapia in the Banana Leaves.

Pour the rest of the sauce in a sauce pan with some cut up mushrooms and more garlic (maybe 2-3 cloves). Heat it up and toss spinach in for a few seconds before turning off heat, cover to let the spinach absorb the flavors.

The other night me, Jesse, Jessie, Joe and Badger played a round of mini-golf at Mulligan's Island in Cranston RI. They have two courses, red - easy & blue - hard. At my suggestion we played the hard course which was pretty hard indeed. I posted a bunch of pics on Flickr. There was one hole which nobody finished. It was three islands with hollowed out logs between them. The bastards put hills in front of the logs so it was real hard to get into them. Nobody made it off the 2nd island before the 6+ stroke limit.

Joe ended up winning with a final score of 47, Jesse had 48, Badger 56, Me 59 and Jessie at 63. I certainly want to play it again when it's light out so I can better see the hills from the tee point.

At the end of the course they have a plinko type ball return, if you get the ball on the platform you win a free game. I was the last to drop my ball and the only one to win!
